After the stressful conference last week, I decided to join my colleagues for the hot spring trip. Michael and I drove up to Yang-Ming Mountain in the late afternoon and it took us a bloody 4 hours to reach our destination. Blame on the stupid traffic jam on the express way (which is not express!) and our carelessness for missing out the street and drove into the wrong direction. Finally we got there and it was already 10pm! We were too tired to drive back after the hot spring so we decided to stay over at the hut that my colleagues generously shared with us. They let Michael and I have the master bedroom!

According to the long weekend, Michael and I decided to go to Hualien for two days. Ate a lot of local food and enjoy the beautiful country scene. People who live in Hualien are so lucky because they have the best mountain view and freshest air in Taiwan.

I felt so fat these days because Michael kept on indulging me with exquisite Japanese food! We went to Taipei 101 on Tuesday night and had dinner at Wasabi Japanese restaurant. The reason we went there because I was given 2 discount vouchers on my birthday after having diinner at 晶華酒店. They are those "buy one and get one free" vouchers and have time restriction. The expired date is this coming Friday and considering we are heading to Hua-Lien for trip this Friday, he decided to come up and use up the voucher. Since we've never been to Wasabhi, I didn't mind going.

It's Friday again and it's quiet in the office! Boss and some people went to a seminar and one colleague left to China visiting his girlfriend. Without boss being checking out on us, we have absolutly freedom to chat and write our blogs! hahahaha

Was very angry last weekn when I knew someone envys  my fortune. Well, it was too obvious and I decided not to talk to that person anymore. Nothing much to write about this "somebody" since this somebody is never in my circle of friends and will never be. As long as I am happy and loved, I don't have to give a shit about what someboday thought! hahaha...

Today is 921, the date of that devastating earthquake was happening years ago. There are many TV programmes about the post-quake reconstruction.

It's already 18th and I just had a wonderful and funny birthday. Mike and I went to Taipei this afternoon. While I was exercising in gym, he bought a beautiful bunch of roses, a small birthday cake and booked our dinner at a 5-star hotel! When he handed the flowers to me, he said "well, roses are in perfect condition this time!". I couldn't stop laughing and I guess some people might know what I was laughing about.

I have been so busy lately after taking over some others' work. However, I am happy to share my colleagues' work since they gave me a lot of support while I need them. This presentation is so important and if we do well next week, we could get a good credit which might turns into a good annual bonus at the end of this year!:)

Just heard from a friend who is now pregnant!  I am so happy for her! Many friends got married this year (perhaps i am going to be one as well!) and many of them fell pregnant straight after the wedding! It is foreseeable that the birth rate will be inceased next year! haha

I was doing a stupid thing the other day and type my name on the Google search. Guess what? I saw my picture on the news! Well, that was long time ago when I went to the Paralympic Games in Sydney 2000. Our cheer-leading was too good that we caused a stir there! The media noticed us and took a photo to record the "glorious moment"! It was amazing that the news can still be found on the website!
